Key responsibilities
- To set up new parts in SAP to enable part purchases for project builds and mass production
- Manage supplier performance and risk using SAP
- Compile, process and prepare relevant reports to share with project teams and management
- Work with project teams and suppliers to identify opportunities for savings and cost reductions
- Maintain data accuracy in the ERP system
- Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) generated by the NPI team
skills & experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in engineering
- Min 5 years in procurement / purchasing of engineering commodity will be a plus
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification desirable
- SAP expertise is a must
- Procurement and purchasing experience in NPI projects desired
- Able to commence immediately or within short notice period
- Willing to work in west of Singapore (Jurong East / Clementi / Boon Lay)
