Job Responsibilities
- Provide Executive Services for visiting senior executives in Singapore, other Southeast Asian countries and the Australasia region with minimum supervision.
- Perform specific tasks and coordination related to Corporate and Executive visits including on-site meet & greet, personal assistance, logistic arrangements such as venue booking and setup for meetings, accommodation and transportation, as well as on-site support during the visitation.
- Arrange for itinerary of executives’ s and family members.
- Inspect the hotels, transportation services, and high-level restaurants in advance of the Corporate and Executive visits, coordinate and finalize relative arrangements.
- Maintain the database for the hotels/ restaurant / limos / historic attractions. Follow up with the agreements with the hotels / restaurant / limo services Company etc.
- Maintain organized filing system for the executive's correspondence, files and other records
- Provide support for Corporate and Executive‘s family as required during the visit. Organize activities and follow up with the invitations during the visitations. Secured the confidential and personal information of high-level visits.
- Maintain appointment calendar, resolve schedule conflicts, and schedule meetings as directed.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Hospitality/Hotel and tourism management, Business, Communication or general degree.
- Minimum 8 years of hotel services and Customers services experiences, preferably with experience working in 5-star hotels as head concierge or butler.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Detail-minded, highly organized with ability to handle administration works and arranging the logistics.
- Proficient in both spoken & written business and diplomatic protocol English, a third Asian language will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS office applications and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
This is a 2-year contract position, subject to extension depending on business needs.
