Sales Coordinator cum Purchaser
Salary: $1,800 - $2,300 + incentive (case handling)
Working Days: Mon-Friday
Working Timing: 9am-5pm
Working Location: Gul Avenue (Lakeside / Gur Circle MRT )
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all vessels that are assigned to you including creating sales order, purchasing orders, & manage returns.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with customers and suppliers
- Create and print sales orders for delivery
- Process and submit quotations to our customers
- Conduct research on potential products, suppliers and services and comparing prices and quality to ensure the best deal
- Maintain proper filling systems for all documents, records and reports
- Maximize profit margin
- Liaise with warehouse personnel to ensure goods are received on time
- Liaise with operation to ensure smooth supply of all orders to vessels, offices and warehouses
- Liaise with customers on after-sales, eg. arranging re-supplying goods that were returned, or exchange
- Submit all orders for accounts billing
- Update inventory and price list
