Responsibilities:
-Manage the day-to-day retail operations to ensure a seamless, smooth and unique customer experience
-Creating business tactics to attract new customers and increase footfall
—Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
-Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
—Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
—maintaining statistical and financial records
-overseeing pricing and stock control
-maximising profitability and meeting sales targets
-preparing promotional materials and displays material
-Oversee retail outlet stock inventory, stock quantity and quality
-Recording of daily sales information, financial details, outlet sales management and reports
-Creating retail schedules and optimizing resources to achieve optimal staffing levels for excellence in customer experience
-Oversee general store administration, cleanliness, maintenance and aesthetics
-Ensure SOPs are met and be compliance with policies, decorum and procedures
—Maintain outstanding outlet condition and visual merchandising standards
-Maintain optimal display of merchandise on floor to optimize display as it relates to store revenue
Requirements:
- minimum A Level or diploma holder
- Conversant in both English and Mandarin
- Comfortable with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff,
-Experience working in a fast paced retail environment.
