Ecommerce Fulfillment and Logistics Coordinator (part time)

This is a role working on -

Half day every day from Monday to Friday. 2 to 3 days WFO, the rest flexi arrangement (can be WFO)

As an Ecommerce Fulfillment and Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of ​the supply chain, with a focus on ecommerce order fulfillment, 3PL management, warehouse billings accuracy, and EDI connections.


Your key responsibilities will include:

1) Ecommerce Fulfilment:

- Review daily orders and ensure that orders are fulfilled on time by 3PL partners.

- Collaborate with teams to streamline order processing and delivery procedures.

- Monitor and order inventory to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.


2) 3PL Management:

- Managing relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure timely product distribution and proper stock storage and distribution condition.

- Assist in the negotiation and maintenance of contracts and service-level agreements with 3PL partners.

- Participate in the evaluation of 3PL partner performance and help implement improvements.


3) Warehouse Billings Accuracy:

- Check warehouse monthly billings and ensure the accuracy of billings.

- Assist in resolving discrepancies in billing and payment processes.


4) EDI Connection Management:

- Monitor the reliability and security of EDI connections, reporting and helping to resolve any technical issues.


Qualifications:

- Diploma in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.

- No prior experience required, but a desire to grow in the field of ecommerce logistics.
