RESPONSIBILITIES:
Architectural Implementation:
- Comprehend and ensure compliance to main contract dwgs and specs
- Manage the project design and coordination works for all architectural trades
- Work with BIM modeler/drafter and coordinate with other disciplines to develop builder work shopdrawings and method statements
- Check correctness and obtain timely approval for specialists shopdrawings, materials, method statemtents and all necessary submittals
- Address and resolve technical issues
- Responsible in overseeing the overall site progress to ensure architectural works of the project team and sub-contractors are in compliance to the defined standards
- Ensure project operations are in compliance with ISO 9001; 14001; 45001 standard requirements, documented procedures as well as client, companies and authorities’ requirements
Customer Management:
- Build strong working relationships with clients, client/QP representatives, contractors and consultants
- Maintain a cooperative relationship with all legislative, approval bodies and authorities, etc
Personnel Management:
- Coordinate staff within the project architectural team
- Provide regular feedback on staff and team performance
- Build strong working relationship with sub-contractors and suppliers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Recognised Degree / Diploma in Architectural, Engineering or equivalent
- Min 3-5 years relevant working experience, preferably in the Construction Industry with main con
- Self-driven and independent with sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Good oral, written, & inter-personal skills in dealing with individuals and groups at all levels
