IT Procurement Manager | $ 5000
We are seeking a Procurement Manager to manage our company's IT procurement activities.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform end-to-end procurement processes, from reviewing procurement paperwork to generating procurement documents (e.g. GRN) using our automation bot, ensuring compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
• Provide guidance to project teams on procurement compliance, understand their needs, and recommend suitable procurement approaches and sourcing strategies.
• Identify and communicate potential procurement, contractual, and supplier-related risks to project teams and suggest strategies to mitigate these risks and avoid non-compliance.
• Efficiently manage and track budget allocations, ensuring expenditures are accurate and aligned with the approved budgets.
• Handle other administrative duties as needed.
Expectations
• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, complemented by strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Familiarity with contract management will be a plus.
• Experience in a Big 4 Assurance role will be a plus.
• Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.
• A team player who possesses meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-reliant individual who thrives and delivers in a fast-paced setting.
