Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at Luxconex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience. You will be the front-line ambassador for our company, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a positive impression through excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support Sales on Invoicing/DO and production planning for timely reply and delivery.
  • Provide information about our products and services, and assist customers with product selection and purchase.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and address any customer-related concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in our customer service processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Empathy and the ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Team player with the willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
