Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Luxconex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience. You will be the front-line ambassador for our company, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a positive impression through excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Support Sales on Invoicing/DO and production planning for timely reply and delivery.
- Provide information about our products and services, and assist customers with product selection and purchase.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and address any customer-related concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in our customer service processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
