Job Responsibilities
• Consistently meet individual sales target
• Enhance brand image and increase customer’s product understanding with excellent customer service skills and in-depth product knowledge
• Build customer loyalty through active client development and follow-through
• Maintain in-store display according to company standards and prevent stock damage
• Assist with the processing of stock deliveries, shop floor replenishment, inventory replenishment, cash and other daily operations
• Maintain sales records, and assist in inventory and account reconciliation
Job Requirements
• Sales driven, with strong customer service acumen
• Highly committed, energetic, and a team player
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Prior fashion retail experience is a plus
• Flexible availability to work throughout the week, weekends, and public holidays
• Fluent in Chinese is a plus as required to communicate with all stakeholders
