Supporting marine Survey & INS Training Department
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer’s enquiries/complaints through phone/email
- Prepare quotation to local/overseas customers for VDR/Radio survey, CBT license keys and spare parts etc.
- Prepare and draw out materials/parts for surveyors.
- Prepare and submit Job Order Process (JOP), Purchase/Material Requisition (MR), Customer Order Process (COP) for approval.
- Collate and submit documents to Finance and Account Department for invoicing.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager and VDR/Radio Surveyor
Job Requirements:
- Have related experience using ERP system.
- Minimum ‘O’ Levels/ A ‘Levels, Diploma with at least 1-2 years of related working experiences.
