Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales/Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence in the luxury yachting industry in Singapore.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation:

● Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the luxury yacht market.

● Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value clients and prospects.

● Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

● Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


2. Market Research and Analysis:

● Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

● Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential clients.

● Provide regular reports and insights on market conditions and customer preferences.


3. Client Relationship Management:

● Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.

● Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' needs and preferences.

● Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.


4. Product Knowledge:

● Develop an in-depth understanding of our yacht models and features.

● Effectively communicate the unique selling points and benefits of our yachts to clients.

● Collaborate with our technical team to address any product-related inquiries.


5. Marketing Collaboration:

● Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.

● Provide feedback on marketing materials and initiatives to enhance lead generation.


Qualifications:

● Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

● Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the luxury yacht or marine industry.

● Strong network within the luxury yacht market in Singapore and the Southeast Asian region.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and a results-oriented mindset.

● Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

● Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
