Work Location: Tanjung Pagar
Work Hours : Shift are rotated weekly
a) Early shift – 7.15am to 4.45pm (Mon to Thu); 7.15am to 4.15pm (Fri); and
b) Late shift – 9am to 6.30pm (Mon to Thu); 9am to 6pm (Fri).
Able to to be on standby mode for 24 hours call back service after working hours from monday to Sundays and Public Holidays. and must be able to reach within 2 hours .
Job Description:
1. Conduct preventive maintenance and regular inspections of installations, fixtures and fittings, equipment, common facilities and property to ensure they are clean, safe and in good working condition;
2. Undertake minor building, mechanical and electrical repair works and handyman works (such as changing of light bulbs, reset drawer locks, etc);
3. Monitor and attend to maintenance service requests, investigate and initiate corrective actions for any service and equipment breakdown, or fault detected during routine check, servicing and maintenance;
4. Daily, weekly and monthly inspection of key facilities, systems and critical areas;
5. Setup, test and check audio visual systems at meeting facilities;
6. Coordinate and supervise the rectification of defects, maintenance, replacement and upgrading works carried out by contractors;
7. Supervise contractors/vendors performing maintenance works on Uninterruptible Power Supply, generators, FM200, fire alarm, sprinkler, high voltage and low voltage switchboards;
8. Monitor utilities consumption by taking water and electricity meter readings and report out of normal consumptions;
9. Assist in fire safety management, emergencies and business continuity plan for the Authority’s premises;
10. Liaise with Authority’s employees on projects and maintenance works and ensure compliance with fire, health and safety standards;
11. Coordinate and work with audio and visual equipment and cleaning contractors to set up meeting venues including seating arrangements and equipment;
12. Update information databases and breakdown record for engineering systems; and
13. Any other facilities management works or related works that arise from the building operations and need.
Job Requirement
Facility Leader : at least 5 years working experience in Air Cond and Mechanical Ventilation ( ACMV).
Facility maintenence : at least 2 years work experience inmaintenance of facilities and building
Education:
Minimum NITEC/ HIgher NITEC in Facility Management/ Mechanical and Electrical Services or equivalent.
Salary :
$2500 - $3000
with performance bonus and OT
