- Must be Singaporean or PR
- Speaking Chinese is a an advantage
- Previous experience is an advantage
- Assist our dental surgeons efficiently in all clinical and dental treatment
- Be able to anticipate the requirements of dental surgeons
- Ensure the comfort of patients throughout treatment
- Be able to anticipate patient’s needs and care requirements
- Prepare materials, dental instruments, and equipment as required
- Processes contaminated instruments and equipment in accordance with practice procedures
- Ensure a high standard of infection control and sterilization
- Be aware of and adhere to front office policies and procedures
- Maintain an appropriate level of supplies in the treatment room and sterilization area
- Recommends improvements to practice procedures
- Attend to phone calls, emails, and inquiries at the reception counter
- Strong in multi-tasking
- A pleasant personality and good communication skills are essential
- Service-oriented, positive attitude, and able to work well as a team
- Acknowledges priorities and is able to act accordingly
- Basic computer knowledge
- Able to handle the pressure of a challenging workload in a busy practice
- Able to work shift on five weekdays and one of the weekends per week (combination of morning, afternoon, and night shifts)
- Those without experience are also welcome to apply as on-the-job training will be provided
