JOB DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE


“FCFM” refers to Fresh Cleaning Facilities Management Pte Ltd

“employee” refers to “applicant” or “candidate”


Monitor and Support Company Business Growth:

Employee need continuously assess and oversee the FCFM progress and development, making strategic decisions with

top management to foster business growth and sustainability.

Manage the Entire Sales Process:

Employee should take charge of the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals, especially in scenarios with lengthy and intricate sales cycles. This involves building relationships with potential clients, addressing their needs, and guiding them through the decision-making process.

Team Collaboration:

Employee must be a collaborative team player, closely cooperating with the Operations and Human Resource Departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of business development strategies.

Sales Issue Resolution:

Employee should play a pivotal role in addressing and resolving sales-related issues and customer complaints, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

Opportunity Identification:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential business opportunities, assess their viability, and develop plans to pursue them effectively.

New Business Pursuit:

Actively seek and pursue new business opportunities in the market, leveraging market research and industry analysis to identify prospects.

Market Demand Analysis:

Conduct thorough research and analysis of market demand, allowing for data-driven decision-making in business

strategies and actions.

Business Strategy Development:

Contribute to the formulation and implementation of business strategies aimed at facilitating the company's annual growth, while aligning these strategies with the FCFM long-term goals.

Client Feedback Review:

Regularly review client feedback to gain insights into their experiences and satisfaction levels. Use this feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance customer relationships.

Product and Service Enhancement:

Suggest product or service upgrades and new offerings that may pique the interest of clients, thereby expanding the company's portfolio and revenue streams.


Requirement:

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills

• Sales driven and self motivated

• Willing to learn and go beyond responsibility

• Able to work in a stressful and fast-paced environment

• Competitive, Responsible and independent, with good working attitude

• Outgoing with good interpersonal and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in any field

• Salary: ($2,700 - $4,500) inclusive of Basic + Comms + Incentive
