Job Responsibilities:
- Support both pre-sales and after-sales activities.
- Ensure smooth processing of sales orders from initiation to delivery by coordinating with the Operations/Logistics Department.
- Manage day-to-day project operations, including purchases, monitoring delivery status, and overseeing production/assembly.
- Review and ensure the completeness of deliverables before sending them to clients.
- Develop and execute project work plans, adjusting as needed.
- Maintain current and well-filed project documents.
- Attend site meetings and arrange product mock-ups when required.
- Minimize project risks by applying effective methodology and enforcing standards.
Additional Information:
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, and other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Flexible to work according to project needs
- Comfortable to Work-At-Height
