This is a 12 months contract assigned to our client
Work Location: Serangoon North
Salary Range : $4,000-$4,500
1. Support the end to end PMO related functions for the project such as billings, procurement, resource planning, client deliverables management & project
status reporting.
2. Work closely with the project team in the preparation of the project status reports and ensure timely submission
3. Participate in client meetings for project status updates and document action points where needed
4. Coordinate with the project team to ensure that delivery timelines are met, and project related
deliverables are completed without delay
5. Provide support in resource planning and coordinate with HR in the tracking of open resourcing demands
along with the processing of resource onboarding and offboarding
6. Assist in the management of assets and any administrative requests within the account
7. 2-3 years work experience.
8. Experience in PMO role and reports generation preferred
9. Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint and other Microsoft Office Applications
10. Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders
11. Excellent verbal communication and coordination skills
