Your Role:
We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Operations Senior Executive to handle the ticketing operations from travel agencies.
What Will You Do
- To develope corporate ticketing sales function
- To handle all aspects of travel agency operations including managing the travel bookings and quotations and 24/7 after-hours emergency hotline
- To provide help to different clientele in areas of flight routings, accommodation requirements, visa requirements, car rental, and other related travel services with expert knowledge
What Do We Want
- At least a Diploma in related field
- Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in Corporate Ticketing
- Proactive and motivated team player with good interpersonal skill
- Self-driven and independent with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadlines
- Must be able to work rotating shift
