Responsibilities
- Identify project's requirements and develop design calculations and drawings for the electrical and/or power supply system.
- Oversee the project's electrical systems specifications, and technical drawings.
- Provide design support for various electrical equipment when required.
- Manage project scheduling, estimation, and work with suppliers to secure materials.
- Ensure that all installations, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipments conform to standards, safety, and timelines.
- Report any abnormalities in electrical/power systems and conduct investigations when required.
- Ensure all paperwork submissions and drawings are submitted on time and following the project specifications.
- Attend any technical discussions and meetings with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Ensure all work activities are carried out and conduct quality checks on any completed works.
- Perform other adhoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements
- Minimum degree in engineering or equivalent, and above.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in construction industry.
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, circuit diagrams, and power supply.
- Good in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to problem solve and time management.
- Knowledge of construction worksite safety practices.
