Location: Jalan Bukit Merah - Company transport to/fro Outram MRT
Working hours: 8.30-6pm / Mon-Fri

Job scope:
• Coordinate with 3PLs to set up SKUs, UOM, delivery drop points, cost centers in WMS & ePortal
• Provide visibility on stock on hand and movement of stock
• Perform GR at SAPMM and verification of vendor invoices
• Perform order processing by placing order in ePortal or email to 3PL
• Raise Purchase Orders for all stock items
• Perform verification of Delivery Order for Billing
• Do progress reporting to higher management
• Perform any other duty as assigned by Reporting Officer
Requirement:
• Diploma holder with minimum 2 years of relevant experience / fresh degree with supply chain internship are welcome
• Analytical and meticulous with an eye for details and numbers
• Strong interpersonal skill and able to interact with the staff of all levels
• Familiarisation with SAP/WMS is an added advantage
• Completed two covid-19 vaccination and one booster jab
