Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints together with Sales team.
- Record details of inquiries, comments, complains & action taken.
- Price update to internal system (Monthly, quarterly or new model).
- Manage administration (e-copy).
- Monitor sales performance (weekly) and ensure department KPI are closely monitor.
- Generate sales report (Weekly & monthly basis)
- Monitor the sales team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Ensure adherence to operating procedures.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments on sales planning.
- Other ad-hoc duties assign.
Requirements
- Diploma or General Degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practises.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Understand of IATF 16949 requirement will be added advantage.
Shift Type / Work Hours
- Normal Shift (5 days work week)
- 7.50am to 4.55pm
