Our client, a leading B2B tradeshow organiser with a global presence is on the lookout for an aspiring Conference Producer to join their Singapore team!
Role: Junior Conference Producer
Location: Singapore
What you'll do (non-exhaustive)
- Research, identify gaps, and produce relevant content strategy
- Establish key relationships with partners and industry stakeholders
- Develop current and prospective customer insights, and relationships as part of the overall account management strategy
- Conduct telephone and in-person research with potential attendees within the target market to develop programme agendas
- Collaborate with teams across the company for marketing and delivering events
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure delivery of a first-class on-site conference experience
Your strength and experience:
- A bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- 1+ years experience in conference producing or research/journalist role
- Research skills
- Well-spoken and interpersonal skills
- Client-facing and able to deal with sponsorship team and stakeholders
- Resilience and strong desire to succeed
