Monday to Thursday : 7.30am to 5.00pm Friday : 7.30am to 4.30pm ( Inclusive 1 hr lunch)
Contract Period: 2 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024.
Job Description:
Administrative duties will generally include :- -
Print & distribute worksheets & teaching materials timely
- Assist teachers in preparation of teaching materials
- Basic maintenance of cleanliness and tidiness in printing room
- Perform receptionist duties:
e.g. Answer incoming calls, resolve caller’s enquries wherever possible, redirect appropriate queries to in-charge, attend to walk-in students, parents, vendors and public visitors in the General Office, etc
- Attend to sick &/or injured pupils, incident reporting
- Assist to prepare & distribute administration documents timely
- Basic maintenance of cleanliness and tidiness in the General Office and reception area
- Other adhoc work and duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.
Job Requirement :
-Minimum O-Level
At least 2 years relevant experience in general administration.
-Working experience in school will be an added advantage.
-Comfortable working in printing room environment.
-Organized, meticulous and is able to multi task.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comforable working with children.
