Senior/ HR Executive
Location: Boon Lay
Salary range: $3500- $4000
Working days: 5 days’ work week
Job Descriptions
- Assist business unit in administering and coordinating a wide range of HR matters in areas such as manpower planning and recruitment, work pass application and renewals, learning & development planning and performance management exercise
- Be key Team Player to help lead and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives and roll out employee events for the business unit
- Implement and manage programmes designed to foster a positive working environment
- Generate manpower/recruitment/attrition and other related HR reports
Job Requirement
- Degree in related field with 2 years of relevant experience or Diploma with 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Possess positive attitude, creative and able to adapt to changes
- Possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Candidate without relevant experience but with right aptitudes welcome to apply
- Well versed in MOM guidelines
- Willing to work in the west part of Singapore
