- Advocate for complementary vendors
- Take charge of and execute the Channel Development Plan
- Collaborate with vendor Account/Channel managers to foster channel relationships
- Cultivate strategic relationships with relevant vendor personnel and senior management
- Promote the services practice pertaining to the designated business
- Offer guidance and coaching to reseller sales representatives concerning the assigned solution
- Collaborate with the team to align vendor and channel partner objectives
- Boost vendor sales through Tier-2 resellers and ATP partners
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards and consistently strive to surpass customer expectations
- Ensure punctuality for all internal and external meetings
- Meet all reporting deadlines, including those for pipeline reports
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in relevant field
- Possess relevant IT sales experience
