Responsibilities
- Process tender/RFQ, internal coordination, analysis and adjustment.
- Ensure all details completed according to customers’ requirement and management’s direction within the timeline.
- Work closely with Key Account Management on RFQ briefing, Q&A sessions, internal strategy, approval for all RFQs.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal Network to prepare the tender/RFQ scope and specifications.
- Maintain monthly reports including a tariff on running, collate, verify, update and analyze data.
- Understand and analyze market trends, assist in providing pricing strategies for customer.
Requirement
- Previous experience in pricing/NVOCC/shipping/logistics/freight forwarding.
- Minimum 1 year experience required and ability to meet timeline.
- Great attitude, well organized, detail oriented, good sense of numbers, and committed to excellence.
- Display good working knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel (advanced formulas, macros). Knowledge in MS Access is a plus.
