Job Description : -


Admin (Ordering & Receiving)

  • Prepare customer orders through Syteline System
  • Manage the order shipping and packing slip
  • Send the packing slip to 3rd party warehouse
  • Complete the invoice register report ( invoicing )
  • Prepare purchase request for Commissary Raw materials (equipment, Utensils, Stationaries & Chemicals), Malaysia Shipment & WLNA stocks (flour, yeast, oil, vegetables).
  • Forecasting the consumption by monthly usage
  • Syteline count versus weekly inventory report from WLNA
  • Month end cycle count
  • Other Ad hoc duties assigned by Superior


Logistics

  • Preparing delivery route
  • Arranging schedule for special delivery and collection


Purchase Order

  • Preparing customer orders exporting through purchase orders ( Syteline)
  • Preparing PO for in House Delivery


Purchase Order Receiving

  • Receiving PO versus CO for Outside Vendor Delivery (Coca Cola, CP Frozen, FoodPride & Auric)
  • Receiving PO from in House Delivery (Syteline)

Qualifications :-

  • Minimum Diploma
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in food industry
