Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Investigation and Enforcement
- Market Surveillance and Monitoring
- Dispute Resolution Support
- Communications and market relations
Requirements:
- Experience with data analytics tools/software packages and advanced skills creating and maintaining data dashboards
- Strong knowledge of data analytical tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL, VBA, etc.
- Able to analyse large sets of data and translate findings into reports and papers.
- Ability to develop analytical reports and investigation papers and present to the Governance Panels.
- Advanced skills on econometric modelling and market modelling and simulation tools.
- Strong project management skills.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Singapore Electricity Market preferred.
- Degree in Economics and Electrical Engineering.
