Nature of Business: well-established alcohol distribution company in Singapore, We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Assistants to join our team and play a crucial role in managing our accounts payable and receivable processes.
Job Description:
1. Process and record incoming invoices accurately into our accounting system. (SAP [1 position], Autocount [1 positon]).
2. Verify the accuracy of invoices and payment documentation.
3. Prepare and execute payments to vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
5. Maintain organized files
6. Generate customer invoices and ensure they are sent out promptly.
7. Monitor and record incoming customer payments and deposits.
8. Follow up on overdue customer accounts and communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances.
9. Maintain an up-to-date record of accounts receivable and collections.
10. Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting teams, including data entry and file management.
Requirements:
1. ITE and/or High school diploma or equivalent;
2. Proven experience in administrative support roles, with a focus on accounts payable and receivable.
3. Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
5. Strong communication skills to interact with vendors, clients, and colleagues professionally.
6. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
