- Position Title: Facility Cleaner/ Facility Cleaning Crew
- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
- Working Hours: 6 days (Mon – Sat, 9 am – 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Allowance + Performance Bonus + Extra 2 days Leave/ month
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas.
- Perform daily maintenance activities.
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
- Notify supervisors of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Make adjustments and minor repairs.
- Stock and maintain warehouse.
- Cooperate and work well with teams.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

- Demonstrate the aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities.
- Physical requirements – the role requires walking, lifting, bending and other physical abilities.
- Computer literacy is advantageous.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.
