Our client, a leading manufacturer of security doors, gates, and fire curtains, is looking for talents for the position of Project Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities
Site Co-ordination
- Conduct overall project management, schedule planning and implementation
- Manage site activities, internal project team, sub-contractor and vendors/ in-house contractors
- Co-ordination with Building Owner, Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors, Residence Architect/ Engineers, Interior Designer and Sub-Contractors
- Co-ordinating with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of equipment and materials to sub-contractors
- Conducting pre-installation inspection and determine site condition for installation
- Prepare and submitting site installation drawings
Product/ Technical Support
- Testing and commissioning of installed products
- Material preparation and prepare shop/ construction drawings
- Production specification
- Carry out work via using necessary tools (e.g. ladder, calibration tools etc.)
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in relevant industries or construction background
- Self-learner and good in details
- Mandarin speakers preferred as required to Chinese counterparts
- Preferably possess a class 3 driving license due to nature of work required to carry tools
