We are in search of a Backend Software Developer to join our Insurance Company Studio Platform team. As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for the development and maintenance of our backend systems and APIs, with a focus on reliability, security, and scalability. Your proficiency in Azure technologies and .NET Core 3.x is crucial for delivering high-performance and resilient backend solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain backend systems using Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure API Management, Azure Redis Cache, and more.
- Leverage Azure services like Azure Blob Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure Application Gateway, and Azure Cosmos DB to enhance platform capabilities.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization using Azure Active Directory and Azure ADB2C.
- Utilize Azure Key Vault for secure key and secret management.
- Develop serverless functions using Azure Functions to optimize resource utilization and scalability.
- Manage and query data efficiently with Azure Cosmos DB.
- Utilize Azure CDN for content delivery and optimization.
- Utilize .NET Core 3.x to build robust and high-performance backend services and APIs.
- Utilize JIRA for sprint planning, defect tracking, and issue management.
- Employ VSTS Git, VSTS DevOps, and Jenkins for version control and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Integrate and manage various Azure services to ensure seamless application performance and availability.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's degree a plus).
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer with a strong background in Azure technologies.
- NodeJS development experience.
- Proficiency in .NET Core development (knowledge of .NET Core 3.x is required).
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and their integration.
- Experience in Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure API Management, Azure Redis Cache, and more.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with JIRA, VSTS Git, VSTS DevOps, and Jenkins.
- Azure certification is highly desirable.
