Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the acquiring of new revenue streams and sales opportunities for the Club particularly in banquet sales and event sponsorships.
- Prepare the annual sales plan and provide the Head of Dept (HOD) with ongoing market intelligence, detailing competitors’ activities and rates offerings within all segments.
- Analyse available market information, competitors and customer satisfaction to determine and recommend prospective action.
- Understand the target market and have an existing customer base along with prospects or contacts to build upon.
- Identify market opportunities through event networking and meeting existing and potential clients to build positive relationships.
- Manage and develop relationships with Club Members, Sponsors and HODs to maximize support for SICC initiatives.
- Develop and implement special promotions to increase business from specific market segments. Undertake publicity campaigns, including identifying appropriate promotions, schemes, and events for publicity, editorial content and tracking of coverage with the assistance of the Club’s Marcom Dept.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
