We're seeking an experienced candidate to support Encryption Services
The candidate will be responsible to support encryption services such as BitLocker, MBAM server, Symantec Encryption Management Server, FileVault2, SMIME email encryption, JAMF backend for FileVault2 support, and Symantec Encryption Desktop, and Symantec Encryption Management Server—is part of your job description. You will also oversee the encryption operation, answer IT support tickets, and communicate with support teams.
A minimum of two years of solid IT experience working in encryption services; familiarity with BitLocker, Microsoft AIP Unified Labeling, and email encryption. solid knowledge of server monitoring. Management of Microsoft Intune and server updates and upgrades are examples of practical experience. Hold competence with SQL, PowerShell, ITIL, and planning. a readiness to take on escalations and pick up new abilities and technology.
