Responsibilities
Business
- Identify external and internal business opportunities, in alignment to company’s direction
- Source and identify new potential products for pipeline considerations
- Participate in business and product development
- Analyse market feedback and identify gaps and next generations improvement
- Monitor product feedback to support after sales service spare parts requirements
- Co-share and solve product-related problem
- Processes and documents Product certifications
- Ability to manage product development by stages and timeline
- Maintain and upkeep cordial relationship with vendor
Marketing
- Research and analyse market trends and roadmap for marketing concept and presentation
- Participate in the formulation of Product marketing concept and executing the follow through
- Craft out marketing and packaging materials contents for product launch
- Develop strong communication channel with Sales department to support an execute marketing campaigns
- and monitoring of marketing & business activities and projects
- Bring in new marketing & business ideas and perspectives
- Keep abreast of market development trends and product innovation
Secondary Responsibilities
- Support product shipment coordination and scheduling
- Provide secretariat support for department meetings.
Requirement
- Degree in Business, Marketing or any other relevant fields.
- At least one year of working experience in Marketing and Business or Technology innovation field.
- Ability to manage projects in an effective and efficient manner.
- Sharp analytical & problem solving skills
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Creative thinker, with attention to details
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with stakeholders and factories
- Sincere, responsible, well-organised and able to work well under pressure
- Self-starter with lots of initiatives to work individually and also in team
- Resourceful and committed team player who is able to multi-task when working under pressure and against tight timeline.
