NAEUM Group operates the 1 MICHELIN-starred NAEUM Restaurant at Telok Ayer Street serving contemporary Seoul cuisine (www.naeum.sg) .
We are opening a new concept in March 2024 and looking for pre-open team members to join our family.
Currently hiring a Sous Chef to partner with us in this new & exciting journey!
Requirements:
- Passionate in menu creation and willing to learn
- Strong potential to show managerial, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience in handling food costing and managing restaurant inventories
- previous Sous Chef or Jr Sous Chef role in a reputable hotel or casual-fine-dining establishments, at least 1 year
- prior pre-opening of restaurant experience a strong bonus
- At least 4 years of total Back of House experience in F&B
- Languages: strong command of spoken and written English, knowledge of Korean a bonus
