Job Responsibilities:
· Processing commodity import LC issuances/amendments and their related Import LC bills for acceptances and payments;
· Processing Commodity Guarantee issuances/amendments and related claim payments (if any);
· Handling of corporate funded and unfunded risk participations and bank refinancing;
· Perform KYC validation and Anti-money Laundering Checks on corporate and commodity trade finance transactions.
· Input trade finance transactions into Flexcube.
· Input payment and other SWIFT messages into Calypso/SWIFT Alliance;
· Send emails/faxes to customers, sorting of documents, matching of SWIFT messages
· Attend to Customer queries on trade finance activities covered;
· All other job duties as and when assigned by Team Lead or the Managers
Required Skills:
· Minimum 1 year experience in trade finance operations preferably with experience in processing of LC products relating commodity trade financing.
· Conversant in Microsoft Word and Excel
