Responsibilities:
- You'll oversee the entire production process – from planning to resource coordination – ensuring that chemical products are produced efficiently and on schedule.
- You'll be the guardian of their products' quality. Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet those high-quality standards we're known for.
- Identify opportunities to make things even better. Lead the charge in process optimization and efficiency enhancements to increase output and minimize waste.
- Inspire and guide the production team. Train, mentor, and manage their performance to keep them skilled and motivated.
- Ensure our safety protocols are followed to the letter, creating a secure environment for our team.
- Keep an eye on company inventory. Ensure that raw materials and finished products are well-managed to meet production needs without excess waste.
- Maintain production documentation accurately, ensuring compliance and knowledge-sharing.
- Analyze and resolve any production issues, working with cross-functional teams to find solutions fast.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of production management experience within the chemical industry, coupled with a deep understanding of production processes and quality control systems.
- Proven leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
- A thorough knowledge of safety and regulatory standards related to chemical production processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
