- Position Title: Facility Cleaning Supervisor
- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
- Working Hours: 6 days (Mon-Sat, 9 am – 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Allowance + Performance Bonus + Extra 2 days Leave/ month
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Check cleaning equipment condition.
- Coach Service team.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients at the work site.
- Handle complaints and feedback from clients.
- Implement work plans and inspect work done by crews.
- Interact and build relationships with customers.
- Monitor and follow up on compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety and method of statement.
- Submit daily onsite report to operation manager.
- Work with members of other teams as required.
- Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.
- Maintain and control the use of stock, equipment & consumables.
- Timeously request purchase of consumables, equipment, and materials.
- Assist the Operations Manager to maintain and plan roster.
- Monitor and report absenteeism to the Manager.
- Actively promote Health and Safety, and report any breach directly to the Manager.
- Ensure standards are met and maintained in all facilities, and report shortcomings/faults to the manager.

- Demonstrate the aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities.
- Able to handle physical work – the role requires walking, lifting, bending and other physical abilities.
- Computer literacy is advantageous.
- Valid driving license (Manual).
- Possessing BCSS certification will be a plus.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
