SQREEM is a fast growing AI Marketing and Insights Platform based in Singapore and serving global clients across multiple market sectors. Based in our Singapore Headquarters we are looking for a detail orientated HR Manager to support our growing teams globally.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead in the execution of key strategic initiatives addressing all aspects of people, culture and talent management including:
- Employee engagement
- Retention
- Performance planning and performance reviews
- Employee relations matters
- DE&I
- Career development
- Develop a sound understanding of the business, the individual team members and how the teams work to ensure HR provides support and guidance
- Work closely with executives and department heads to and implement HR initiatives that support the needs of the business.
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently and equitably applied and that all legal requirements are met
- Participate in the creation and upholding of best practice human resource policies, practices and systems which help attract, retain and mobilize high quality employees
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- A proven track record of creating and/or expanding best practices, human resources and benefits administration and selection, and business programs, processes and systems
- Experience working on compliance and relevant labour laws.
- Excellent written and verbal Communication
- Effective collaboration, coaching and counselling skills
- Experience with HR information collection and reporting requirements
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have the gravitas to be a proactive team player
