Job Responsibilities:
• Liaise and attend to any tenancy concerns.
• Attend to Tenants' feedback promptly and ensure rectification works are done with minimum disturbance to Tenants.
• Perform handover and /or takeover of units for Tenants.
• Liaise with Tenants and their contractors on renovation procedures.
• Conduct regular checks in the building and report any defects / abnormalities.
• Able to be hands-on and carry out minor repair for sanitary/plumbing, electrical and building works.
• Supervise term contractors on regular maintenance works.
• Sourcing of quotations for ad-hoc works, term contract renewal, etc.
• Verify service report for invoices processing and payment.
• Take charge of Building Maintenance inventory items.
• Plan M&E maintenance works to improve building maintenance.
• Assist Building Manager on ad hoc projects and works.
• Support other sites when necessary.
• Take up Site Incident Controller (SIC) role under CERT team requirements.
• Any other tasks as assigned by Superior.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Building Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Able to hands-on with good trouble shooting skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Those certified as Site Incident Controller (SIC} will be an added advantage.
