Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Commercial to contribute to the formulation and execution of a regional sales strategy that aligns with company goals
- Provide input based on in-country insights to enhance the effectiveness of regional strategies
- Work alongside local sales managers in each country to facilitate deal progression, offering guidance and expertise
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for sales-related challenges that arise within each country
- Assist local sales teams in negotiating and closing deals, leveraging your experience to drive successful outcomes
- Collaborate with regional management and local sales trainers to design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training programs
- Identify key skill gaps and areas for improvement within each country's sales team and assist to tailor training content accordingly
- Work closely with country sales leaders to provide ongoing coaching and support, helping them effectively train and develop their sales teams
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales management, business development, management consulting, crossborder logistics or similar roles
- Possesses advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Proven track record of success in high-pressure environments, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and change
- Proven track record of driving complex regional projects and working with senior stakeholders across the business
- Exposure to working across geographies, teams and individuals of different cultures, particularly across Southeast Asia
