- Position Title: Operations Coordinator (Air Export)/Air Export Operations Coordinator
- Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday; 8.30am – 5.30pm, Saturday; 8.30am – 12.30pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $2,800 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage air export operations, including booking with airlines and executing Air Waybills (AWBs).
- Liaise and communicate with shippers, customers, and overseas agents via email to ensure smooth operations.
- Update clients on uplifting status, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
- Prepare and submit Advance Export Declarations (AEDs) in compliance with export regulations.
- Manage invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to air export operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all air export activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve air export processes.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns promptly.
