Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the full set of accounts, from journal posting, preparation, and closing of monthly accounts and reconciliations until reporting.
- Monitoring/ Managing Account Receivables & Payables including issuing cheque payments.
- Preparation of year-end audit schedules & timely submission of all statutory obligations such as audited accounts & filing of various returns.
- Preparing and doing submissions for government grants.
- Liaising with auditors and responding to any queries.
- Review, validate & process refunds/reimbursements.
- Assist in the annual budget process
- Support in special projects and processes improvement initiatives
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
- 3 to 5 years of working experience
- Degree in accounting and any professional finance/accounting qualification
- Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Knowledge and experience in Dynamics NAV will be advantageous
- Handles tasks independently and within a tight deadline.
