Social Media - 30% - Regional:
- Develop and implement social/digital communication strategies and execution of comprehensive social media marketing plans and programs (short & long term) alongside agencies.
- Work together with APAC countries in brainstorming, planning, and executing Social Media Strategies to ensure the strategy both regionally & locally are aligned.
- Develop engaging and creative content for regular scheduled post which acquaint audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
- Budget management: utilizing funds that secure the best return of investment.
- Main contact window between ASEAN team and APAC & Global team.
Social Media - 30% - Local- SG:
- Contribute to brand resonance- which in turn will drive traffic contributing to e-commerce growth (e-store) & workshops.
- Work closely with channel team to boost workshop awareness on social media.
- Plan, develop and implement online campaigns to achieve KPIs defined.
eCommerce - 40% - Regional:
- Work closely & support countries in e-commerce Turnover target.
- Monitor country’s sales plan vs e-store performance (implement extra campaign and secure additional budget to boost sales if needed).
- Boost visibility on marketplaces (Shopee & Lazada) for ASEAN, leverage on the synergies with other division.
- Work closely with legal team to craft agreement for countries.
- Main contact window between ASEAN team and Global team.
eCommerce - 40% - Local- SG:
- Work closely with e-Dealer to achieve key sales KPIs defined for SG e-stores.
- Lead continuous improvements on user experience via interactive layout on e-store.
- Maintain A+ Content/ product information in e-store (based on product pictures, written description, content details).
- Monitor ROIs and utilize funds that secure the best return of investment.
Marketing Communication - 25% - Regional:
- Co-develop Brand Marketing Plan
- Support to establish integrated campaign platforms and toolkit to communicate the brand message, provides as guide for any localization.
- Work closely with the product marketing/ channel team to define upcoming launch/ calendar.
- Align the creative direction for the brand and all aspects of ATL & BTL to ensure CI-compliance.
- Coordinate to implement plans in the marketplace and monitor the performance of the support plans in a multi-functional team.
- Be a consultant on day-to-day activities of the Marcomm team and ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented.
Event Management - 5% - Local- SG:
- Support Singapore team to host events.
