Job Description :
Manage social media accounts such as Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram as well as designing and editing post contents.
- Create a monthly social media calendar to promote audience engagement
- Implement and manage social media campaigns effectively based on clear objectives, KPI, timelines and budget.
- Run social media campaigns and advertisements to build awareness, increase followers and drive traffic.
- Assist in visual asset design/creation and image content creation, such as editing of banners, images, etc.
- Review and maintain active management of the website and all digital assets with uniform brand voice across different social media channels.
- Manage day-to-day social media and community engagement activities including prompt communication with customers/followers and handling of feedback.
- Create monthly social media reports and measure report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Continuously research and stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Share insights and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the company's digital marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Achieving sales and business development goals by developing go-to-market strategies, cultivating leads, and managing business related tasks.
- Establish and maintain strategic collaborations, search for new cooperation prospects, and cultivate links with vendors, partners, and important customers.
- Research the latest in the business industry and have a strong understanding of company strength or services as well as business position to keep business competitive.
- Monitoring competitor activity; analyzing market trends and tracking competitor’s activities and providing valuable inputs.
- Communicate with marketing and team to manage the corporate branding plan and strategy in accordance with the overall business goals and vision.
Requirements
- Degree/diploma in social media management, marketing, or a related field.
- Experienced in social media campaigns and able to launch Facebook Ads, Google Ads and SEO/SEM.
- Preferably knowledge in website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.)
- Able to develop collateral and images utilizing a number of applications, apps, and resources, including short form mobile video.
- Added advantage to have knowledge of the Adobe Suite, which includes Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, and Illustrator.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- An advantage to have a fair understanding of the Interior Design and Renovation industry for better understanding
