We are looking for a Supply Chain & Inventory Assistant to help with the scaling of the team.
Job Description
- Sales Trend Analysis
- Procurement & Purchase Order
- Coordination/ Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc)
- Daily shipment and delivery arrangement
- Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)
- Inventory control/management
- Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)
- General Report Creation
Job Requirements:
- GCE 'N'/ 'O'/ Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced personnels can be considered for a more senior role.
- Comfortable with teamwork
- Possess good communication skills
- Time management and accuracy
- Problem solving
- Basic knowledge in Import / Export (Invoice & packing list etc)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
