We are working with one of the world's top Hedge Fund firms based in New York to hire a HR Generalist to to join their Singapore office where the successful incumbent will cover APAC.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver core human capital processes and various initiatives across the offices within APAC
- You will cover topics on HR-related policies revision and development, staff onboarding and offboarding, employee handbook, agreements and contracts relating to employees amongst others.
- Serve as an expert on a broad range of HR-related topics
Requirements
- Strong academic qualifications, with at least 8 years of regional experience, ideally within APAC
- Exceptional track record of professional achievements
- Candidates from banking, investment or asset management, and other financial services background are preferred
- Technical expertise across the various pillars of human capital functions
- Stellar communication and inter-personal skills with stakeholder management experience
