Job Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial work and handle a portfolio of clients
- Organizing board and shareholders’ meeting and preparation of board papers
- Drafting and preparation of resolutions and minutes ofmeetings
- Maintaining proper statutory records
- Providing advice on compliance requirements and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Commerce/Law
- ICSA qualification or currently pursuing ICSA will be an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for Senior position
- Conversant with the Companies Act and familiar with the regulatory and reporting environments
- Familiar with application of passes with MOM and ICA will be an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications and
- Good oral and written communication skills
- A meticulous and organized individual with initiative
- Good team player
