Corporate Secretarial Senior

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial work and handle a portfolio of clients
  • Organizing board and shareholders’ meeting and preparation of board papers
  • Drafting and preparation of resolutions and minutes ofmeetings
  • Maintaining proper statutory records
  • Providing advice on compliance requirements and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Commerce/Law
  • ICSA qualification or currently pursuing ICSA will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for Senior position
  • Conversant with the Companies Act and familiar with the regulatory and reporting environments
  • Familiar with application of passes with MOM and ICA will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • A meticulous and organized individual with initiative
  • Good team player
