With their current rapid expansion and growth, they are currently looking for a dynamic and passionate HR Practitioner to join their ranks, as their Manager/Senior Manager in Culture and Engagement.


About the job

As the Manager/Senior Manager in Culture and Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies that promoteTaking lead in the company’s employee engagement initiatives and curate plans and programmes for the yearly engagement activities that will enhance overall employee engagement and satisfaction

  • Assists in developing, planning and executing strategies to inculcate the desired company culture, values and behaviors in support of the organization’s main mission and objectives, and identifying gaps and need for change when necessary
  • Develop effective strategies and action plans to enhance overall employee engagement and alignment to organizational goals and employee value propositions, which encompasses design and organization of effective employee-centric programmes and communications across a wide array of platforms, such as webinars, employee talks and workshops, Long service Awards and Retirement ceremonies, flagship events as well as employee focused groups
  • Design and implement process to track, measure and gather data on employee sentiments, engagement and behaviors
  • Engage and partner with internal stakeholders closely, including senior management and business units, to seek feedback and support for culture and engagement initiatives
  • Develop a budget and calendar for the yearly engagement activities and execute plans throughout the year with the support of the team
  • Promote a strong culture of volunteerism and support ongoing employee volunteer programmes


About the team

Reporting to the Vice President in Culture and Engagement directly, you will develop and execute strategies that serve to drive the organization’s core values and reinforce their employee proposition through action across the staff journey. You will be heavily involved in designing and organizing effective programmes and activities in view of supporting and driving the organization’s Culture and Engagement initiatives, whilst promoting and reinforcing an engaged workforce.


Skills & Qualifications Required

To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor Degree, within areas of Human Resources/ Business, or related disciplines, with at least 10 years of relevant experience, with a strong background on building programs and systems on a global scale and leveraging on data-driven methods to evaluate and implement effective strategies/initiatives. You will be used to working independently and dealing with ambiguity and driving change, as well as partnering closely with diverse internal & external stakeholders.
