- End-to-End resource management including candidate sourcing, profiling, interview arrangements, onboarding, renewal, exit
- Manage the hiring process with vendors and internal stake holders, negotiate hire rates with agency, extend and manage offer to close
- Assist Project Manager on queries about staff’s employment contracts
- Track existing staff employment contracts and process renewals in consultation with project managers
- Possess initiative and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of mandarin speaking would be advantageous
- Good communication skills, ability to build key relationships and manage stakeholders
- Billing matters
- Singaporeans and Singapore PRs with Mandarin language ability will be preferred as might need to communicate with staff from China
